Product features

1. The transformer adopts three-phase five-column structure, six-phase half-wave rectifier circuit, saving 5% ~ 10% electricity than the general three-column transformer；

2. According to the electrophoretic process, the dc output pole is equipped with a flat-wave reactor and wave capacitance, so that the ripple coefficient meets the requirements of the coating process, and the voltage of low ripple can make the metal surface paint film compact structure and uniform thickness; The surface of the film is smooth and has strong adhesion；

3. The directional silicon steel sheet with low iron loss and high value is adopted, and the winding is oxygen-free pure copper wire to reduce the iron loss and copper loss of the transformer.
