Control System

1) Overview

In the control, advanced algorithm and reliable central controller are adopted to cooperate with fieldbus technology, so that the system can produce stably and reliably and reduce manpower.

2) System composition

The production line is mainly composed of feeding data input PLC control system, central main control and monitoring computer, central control PLC, traveling crane PLC control system, power control system, feeding and unloading control system and auxiliary equipment control system.
