The principle is that the acidic washing liquid in the washing tower is atomized through the atomization spray head, the alkaline gas in the washing tower and the waste gas fully react to generate harmless inorganic salts, and the purified waste gas is discharged through the exhaust port.

3. Oxidation tail gas treatment system;

4. Curing furnace tail gas treatment system:

Process flow: according to our previous experience in the treatment of the same type of waste gas and in combination with the characteristics of the project, the waste gas adopts the treatment process of high-speed mixer + cyclone plate tower purifier spray + enhanced plasma purifier.
